Each project has its own rhythm, but the foundation is always the same: a clear and structured process. Below is an overview of how the work usually unfolds.
01.
INTRODUCTION AND BRIEFING
We have a 20−30 minute call to discuss the project, timeline, scope, and what may still be missing. After the call, I send over the project plan, quote, and agreement.
02.
GETTING TO THE CORE OF THE PROJECT
I review the niche, competitors, audience, and the product itself. Then I define what matters most, what the website needs to communicate, and where the point of difference lies.
03.
BUILDING THE STRUCTURE
I map out the website logic, the sequence of sections, and the user journey. This makes it clear what each page needs and why.
04.
SETTING THE DIRECTION
I select the visual and conceptual references for the project: typography, composition, rhythm, grids, and examples of possible solutions. We align on the direction so the next steps feel clear and confident.
05.
DESIGNING THE WEBSITE
I first present 2−3 options for the first screen or a key section, so we can define the right tone. Once that is approved, I design the rest of the website.
06.
BUILDING THE WEBSITE IN TILDA
I transfer the approved design into Tilda and set up the responsive layouts, grid, spacing, animations, and the required functionality. At this stage, the website becomes a live product ready for launch.
07.
SETTING UP BASIC SEO
I add headings, meta tags, links, and other essential SEO settings within Tilda. This helps the website get indexed properly and perform better in search.
08.
LAUNCHING THE WEBSITE AND staying in touch
I publish the website, connect the domain and analytics if needed, and hand over access. After launch, I record a short walkthrough and stay available for questions for another 1−2 weeks.
